KINGWELL offers four different type of liners for
all popular mud pumps to suit any drilling condition, including Premium Chromium
Liners, Ceramic Liners, Chromium-plated Liners and Hardened Liners.
Premium Chromium Liners
Kingwell premium liners combine the strength of
a forged steel outer shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a high
chromium iron inner sleeve. These liners feature a centrifugally cast high
chrome iron sleeve which is machined and heat treated to a minimum uniform bore
hardness of 62 RC. Each liner is machined to close tolerances to assure ease of
installation and long liner life with the inside diameter of these premium
liners honed to a mirror-like finish for smooth even wear during the life of the
liner. Kingwell premium liners are made for superior performance under tough
corrosive and abrasive conditions.
KINGWELL ceramic liners combine the
strength of a forged steel outer shell with the abrasion and corrosion
resistance of a ceramic inner sleeve. We provide Zirconia(ZrO3)
Sleeves as well as Alumina(Al2O3.) sleeves., of which
Ziconia exhibits better impact strength, higher hardness and be honed to finer
surface finishes than alumina.
Our mud pump
liners are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed the original equipment
specifications and API standards for almost all types of mud pumps in the world.
With advanced technology, metallurgical control and rigid inspection, both
triplex and duplex liners are available in a wide range of sizes with unmatched
performance and durability in the most severe drilling conditions.

Features of Kingwell mud pump liner:
1). The average working time of bimetal liner is more than 800 hours, of ceramic liner is 4000-1000 hours.
2). The product has various advantages, such as wear-resistance, erosion-resistance, high pressure-resistance, high hardness, and so on.
3). They are widely used in tough environments such as deep oil reservoirs, hard stratum, and offshore oil and natural gas exploitation. The liners with highwear and erosion resistance, and high hardness.
4). They can improve drilling efficiency and reduce the cost of maintenance andlabor.
4. Difference between bimetal liner and ceramic liner:
Outer surface: 45# round steel
Inner sleeve: high chrome
Outer surface: 45# round steel
Inner sleeve: Zirconium
Service life: up to 800hours
